In the green surroundings of Begijnenbossen, Bart transformed the land into an area for food farming. Along with ten partners, Bart created a unique agricultural project from which he uses the harvest in his restaurants.
Our first partner!
Meet Dirk and Wika. They provide us with fresh vegetables, herbs, and flowers for our menus through a unique ecosystem.
Then, our chefs transform these beautiful and pure products into exceptional gastronomy. As a result, every guest can experience the best seasonal and local ingredients handled with passion and creativity.
Open garden day
The first open garden day was a huge success. Bart De Pooter welcomed candidates to his exquisite garden and estate of roughly 12 ha to experience and participate in this project on socially integrated and responsible farming.
We are grateful to have met so many exciting friends of nature that day.
