Responsibilities
As a Finance Assistant, you will be involved in providing support for day-to-day accounting, reporting, and controlling. You will closely collaborate with our Head of Finance and the external accounting firm.
Your responsibilities include:
- Recording daily receipts and bank statements.
- Monitoring supplier reminders.
- Managing the entry of purchase and sales invoices, bank transactions, and expense reports.
- Preparing payments.
- Financial tracking of projects such as Tomorrowland, CORE festival, and private events.
- Utilizing the accounting software Exact Online.
Profile
For this position, we are seeking a candidate with at least an A2 diploma in Accounting and Informatics.
- You have relevant experience in Finance.
- You possess a strong knowledge of the MS Office suite, with an advanced proficiency in Excel.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language.
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus. You are punctual and highly detail-oriented, capable of working independently.
- Experience with Exact Online is a significant advantage.
